Anxiety Support @ MHAPS is a non-profit organisation working for people who experience, or support others who have, any form of anxiety. Our services are free to people aged 18-65 who live in Canterbury. We work closely with other organisations within the mental health sector and part of our role is to raise community awareness of anxiety and phobias. We provide information, education programmes, individual peer support and access to client run support groups.
